Homemade meals without fake precision
Recipe math, cooked yield and repeat portions can make home cooking trackable without turning dinner into a laboratory experiment.

Choose a method you can repeat
For a recipe, add the ingredients, record the finished batch weight and log the portion you actually serve. For familiar meals, a repeat portion or a clear estimate may be enough. Accuracy that makes you quit is not useful accuracy.
Keep the uncertainty visible
Cooking changes water weight, not the total energy in the batch. Record whether ingredients were raw or cooked, and use a range when the oil or serving size is genuinely unclear.
