Delete your account in the Elo app

Open Elo – Calories Journey.
Go to Profile / Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Request account deletion

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us at hello@elo.app.

Please use the email address associated with your Elo account when submitting your request.

What data will be deleted?

When your account is deleted, data associated with your account will be permanently deleted, including:

Account and profile information
Meal logs and food records
Nutrition and calorie tracking data
Weight and goal information
Uploaded meal photos
Other data associated with your Elo account

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes. Any retained information will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes.
