Medical disclaimer
Elo helps you notice patterns in your everyday habits. It is not a medical service, and nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice.

Draft. This wording has not yet been reviewed by a medical or legal professional — do not publish as-is.
Not a medical device
Elo is a general wellness and habit-tracking app. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition, and it has not been evaluated or cleared by any medical regulator. Calorie, macro, hydration, sleep and activity figures in the app are estimates for self-tracking, not clinical measurements.
It is not a substitute for professional advice
Always seek the advice of a physician, registered dietitian or other qualified health provider with any questions about your health, your weight, your diet or a medical condition. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here or saw in the app.
Talk to a clinician before you start if…
- you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding;
- you have a history of an eating disorder or a difficult relationship with food, dieting or exercise;
- you have diabetes, heart, kidney or liver disease, or any condition affected by diet, fluid intake or activity;
- you take medication that interacts with food, hydration or body weight — including GLP-1 medication, insulin, diuretics or blood pressure medication;
- you are under 18.

No provider relationship
Using Elo, contacting support, or taking part in the community does not create a doctor–patient, dietitian–client or therapist–client relationship between you and Hapiga or anyone acting on its behalf.
In an emergency
Elo is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are in distress or thinking about harming yourself, contact a local crisis line right away.
Community content
Messages from other people in the herd are their own opinions, not advice from Elo, and we do not verify them. Treat them as encouragement from peers, not guidance from professionals.
